Who can order from Vima Décor?
To place an order from Vima, you will need to have an account. We offer accounts to all multifamily, construction, hospitality, design, and architecture trade professionals. To request an account, please click HERE.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and ACH wire transfers.
Approved customers can place orders using Net 30 payment terms. To apply for credit, please complete our Credit Application by clicking HERE. Customers that do not have an approved Credit Application on file will need to pay via credit card at the time of checkout.
When will my order ship?
Once submitted, your order will be processed and shipped in 1 to 4 business days, given the materials are in stock. You will be notified if an item is out of stock and provided with an estimated delivery date. All back order items will be shipped once available.
Custom container orders have a 90-120 day lead time and will ship directly to the job site.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated based on current rates at the time of your order, and therefore can slightly fluctuate day-by-day. We use various methods and carriers to provide the fastest and most cost-effective shipping options for our customers. Small parcel orders will ship via UPS. Large orders will be palletized and shipped via LTL or delivery truck. You will have the opportunity to review shipping fees at the time of checkout before finalizing your order.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind, we aim to process orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has entered the shipping process.
My shipment has missing or damaged items. What do I do?
You have 3 days from the time of receipt to notify us of any incorrect, missing, or damaged items. To help expedite the resolution, please provide photos when possible.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, please login to your account and navigate to your order history. Tracking information can also be seen on the copy of your final invoice. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship nationwide!
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
Shipping restrictions may apply to oversized items.
Where are you located?
We are Texas based! We have two showroom locations; one in Dallas and one in Austin. Our 110,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center is located in Dallas.
What is your return policy?
The original buyer may return or exchange catalog items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of goods. You must fill out and submit a Return Authorization Form before your return or exchange will be accepted. A restocking fee may apply. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for arranging the return of materials to the Vima Décor warehouse.
Why can’t I order granite online?
Granite is very heavy and fragile, and therefore difficult to transport. Due to shipping restrictions, we are only able to deliver granite within Texas.
To order granite for delivery inside Texas, please reach out to us via phone or email. Minimum order quantities may apply.
What is your warranty policy?
On top of the manufacturer warranty, Vima proudly offers an extended warranty on all products we sell. Please contact us for warranty information on specific products.
We also carry replacement pieces for the majority of our products to help eliminate the need to replace entire fixtures in the event it is needed.
